Damaged or Lost Orders

Consumable Products

Because our potions are consumable products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it.

Non-Consumable Items

Unused non-consumable items (such as accessories or collectibles) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
